Q1) What are the different forms of ketamine?

there are powder, tablets and injectable liquid.

Q2) What would you do if you knew your friend took ketamine?

I would ask him/her to stop. If she/he do not stop, i would warn him/her about telling her family or teachers. If she/he needs help, i would help.
